Product Details & Applications
Transmission line (TL) is a coaxial conduit structure with outer/inner diameter of 1250mm/650mm. TL transports electrical power, RF power, hydraulic and gas feed lines over distance of 110m, it is manufactured with segments of 3m length and bends. It can handle electrical power of 10MW maintaining High Voltage isolation of 140kVDC for the inner conduit.

Testing status
The manufactured successfully transported and installed at ITER-India lab. TL has been tested for Weld (DPT, Radiography), Vacuum test, Sniffer test, hydro test and HV withstand of 140kVDC.
Present status
The commercial scale TL is successfully manufactured, installed and tested at ITER-India, lab IPR.
