High voltage wall through bushing is the epoxy cast hollow bushing that provides HVDC isolation to the cables in course of transition through object that is on ground potential, for example building wall. Special design in compact configuration ensure the uniform electric stress distribution, in addition hollow design allows cable transition without termination on transition location. It offers easy installation through integrated flange having groves for flush hardware mounting. Special grade of epoxy is suitable for fire compatibility with UL94 V-0 classification and can be upgraded with addition provision during installation. High voltage wall through bushings are manufactured from void free casting process, and product quality ensured through HV and radiography tests. High voltage wall through bushing is the key component in HVDC power supply system and can be used to facilities cable transition with HVDC isolation from ground potential surface.
