Solid state radio frequency generator (SSRFG) were developed in collaboration with Indian Industries, utilizing building block of 3kW Class-D RF amplifier assuring modularity & expendable architecture. SSRFG meets radiation limits in accordance with ICNIRP guidelines. Solid state RF power supplies are used in numerous industrial application such as induction heating, high frequency welding, short/medium wave broadcast transmitters & wireless power transfer. Furthermore, used for physics experiments in high power laser power supplies & inductively coupled RF plasma systems.

Testing status
Two system rated for 5kW & 40kW RF power are developed & operated to generate Inductively coupled plasma used in particle acclerator beam.
Present status
Prototype scale model: Prototyping finished and manufacturing of 200kW SSRFG started with domestic Industry.
